Why silk jersey?
Not all silk is created equal.
Most 100% silk lingerie is made from silk satin or silk charmeuse—a woven fabric that feels lovely, but doesn't stretch. Silk jersey is different. It’s a rare knit silk with a natural four-way stretch, giving you:
- Breathability for sensitive skin
- Temperature regulation all year round
- Softness in every weave
It's the luxury fabric you didn’t know your skin was craving.
Not only is silk hypoallergenic, breathable, odour resistant, naturally great at regulating temperature, and moisture wicking, it also contains some surprising health benefits.
Silk contains a unique protein called silk sericin which contains 18 essential amino acids and is believed to form a layer of protection over the skin, stimulate collagen production and help promote skin hydration - essentially "skincare" for your skin.
Our silk starts off from a cocoon spun by little silkworms with one single thread, the fine thread is then extracted and spun into yarn which then gets produced into fabric.

Most lingerie and loungewear brands use blends containing synthetics such as nylon, polyester, or elastane. We don’t. Our pieces are made from 100% pure silk jersey
